At Cotopaxi, we stand by our Gear for Good and want to ensure you love your equipment as much as we love making it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 60 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Select Items and Reason
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the provided menu to help us improve our gear.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and securely attach the label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and a notification once your refund is processed.
